missingWrote a review on 12 Febhotel layout
Unusual hotel layout requires navigating multiple flights of stairs, presenting a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The hotel's claim to feature a gym was misleading, and the lack of functional power outlets made charging devices inconvenient. A broken window in one room led to noisy streets impacting sleep quality, while poor shower drainage caused water to spill into the bathroom. Lastly, some guests experienced issues with maintaining enough toilet paper , indicating a lack of consistency in housekeeping.

Consider using the local marts near the hotel for snacks and drinks to save money, as minibar prices can be quite high.

Location so close to restaurants, shops, lake, Cathedral, night market, and Hanoi's " Old Quarter ". Well-kept and brand-new rooms and reasonably good staff members with attentive services.

This hotel could be something special if only they cleaned the rooms properly and had functioning sound isolation. It was almost tolerable until I realized I deserved a complimentary upgrade for my struggles. Sadly, the breakfast was a disaster too. What a missed opportunity for a great stay. I almost thought of giving them a good rating, but I just couldn't.
